1. Designer Fee
   Successful applicants will be required to pay the designer participation fee by the deadline provided in their acceptance email. Fee details will only be shared with shortlisted designers.

2. Event Date
   Designers must be available to participate in the Undiscovered Creatives Fashion Show taking place in September 2026. The confirmed date and full schedule will be communicated in advance.

3. Attendance Requirements
   Designers are required to attend all essential designer commitments, including fittings, rehearsals, press days, and filming sessions. Advance notice will be provided for all dates.

4. Collection Requirements
   Undiscovered Creatives will provide models for the show. Designers are responsible for supplying their garments and any additional styling elements they wish to include.

5.  Marketing & Promotion
   By submitting this application, you grant Undiscovered Creatives permission to use your images, designs, and brand name for event-related marketing, press, and promotional purposes.

6. Application Fee
   The £25 application fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your designer fee if selected.
