At Undiscovered Creatives, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us.
This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how we handle cancellations, refunds and issues relating to digital products purchased through the Undiscovered Creatives website.
This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.
1. Digital Products
Our digital products may include guides, templates, workbooks, toolkits and other downloadable resources.
Before you purchase a digital product, we will provide information about what is included and the price.
Digital products are supplied electronically and may be made available immediately after purchase.
2. Cancellation
Under UK consumer law, you may generally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase.
Different rules apply to digital content that is supplied immediately. Where the law permits, your right to cancel may end once the digital content has been supplied following your agreement to immediate supply and acknowledgement of the loss of your cancellation right.
Information about the supply of the digital product and any applicable cancellation rights will be provided before you complete your purchase.
3. Refunds
Digital products are intended for immediate electronic delivery and, where applicable, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.
You may be entitled to a refund or another appropriate remedy if a digital product:

We will consider each issue individually and provide the appropriate remedy required by law.
4. Problems With Your Download
If you have purchased a digital product but cannot access or download it, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues and provide access to the product you purchased.

When contacting us, please include your name, the email address used for your purchase, the name of the product and, where possible, your order or confirmation number.
If you are experiencing a technical problem, a screenshot of the issue may also help us resolve it more quickly.
5. Accidental or Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us at:

We will review the circumstances and may provide a refund for a genuine duplicate purchase where appropriate

If you have purchased the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where the digital product has not yet been supplied, we may be able to assist with cancelling or correcting your order.
6. Free Resources
Free resources provided by UC are not eligible for refunds.
Where a promotional offer includes a paid digital product, any specific terms relating to that promotion will be provided at the time of purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
When you purchase a digital product from UC, you are purchasing access to use the resource for its intended purpose.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property rights in that product to you.
You must not:

Resell or redistribute our paid resources

Share paid resources with people who have not purchased them

Upload paid resources publicly

Reproduce or commercially distribute our resources without permission

Claim our content as your own
Our intellectual property rights remain with Undiscovered Creatives CIC or the relevant rights holder.
